Day in the Life

Mon 9am: pulls /brand-assets/source/ → emits 50 variants → updates /brand-assets/manifest.json with sizes + hashes

On rebrand: detects logo file change → re-runs full variant pipeline → opens a PR with the diffs

Hourly: scans CMS image uploads → if any are off-brand resolution → auto-generates the missing size and uploads to S3
